Easter Egg Hunt in Senior Infants
This morning we were so lucky in Senior Infants, the Easter Bunny left eggs for us. We had such fun finding them all!

Seachtain Na Gaeilge
Senior Infants had a great week for Seachtain Na Gaeilge. Well done to all for dressing up for Lá Glas. We enjoyed a super céilí, ceolchoirm and colouring competition.
Experimenting with weight in Seniors
This week in Maths we have been learning all about weight. We took guesses first and then used cubes and counted them to see how many cubes it took to balance items such as a pear,apple,pencil,marker and many many more. We really enjoyed these activities.
The Garden Centre Aistear
This month we are very busy in Senior Infants learning all about the garden centre. We planted shamrock and beans. Jessica came to show us her compost and we planted sunflowers. In Aistear we made bean stalks and read the story of Jack and the Beanstalk. We made flowers from straws and shapes. We are also learning about the parts of a plant. In science we are watching a bean grow in a bag.
World Book Day in Senior Infants
Senior Infants were so excited today when Rang 4 came to our class. The children shared their favourite books with each other and read to each other! Great fun was had! The Senior Infants designed book covers for their favourite books and also made bookmarks!
