Everyone put in great effort. We loved wearing our own clothes to school!

Well done to all the boys and girls who did such lovely drawings. It was very hard to pick the winners!

We have been very busy working as fire fighters in our classroom. It was great fun.

We used straws and watery paint to create very abstract paintings.

Every morning we do literacy and numeracy stations in our class. We really enjoy them.

Junior Infants are getting very good at dancing. We are doing our one,two,threes and lots of other dances every week. We are really enjoying it.

We read a story during Gaeilge called Éadaí Liam. It was about a boy getting dressed for school in the morning when he put on odd socks. We all wore odd socks to school too.

We had great fun in school today making pancakes to celebrate Pancake Tuesday. We learned how to make the batter. We all got to taste them too. They were yummy. Then everyone had a go at tossing a pancake. We also learned a poem called “Mix a Pancake”.

We enjoy using the laptops every Friday morning.
